Exercise

Now it's time for the exercise! We'll run through the exercise one by one and please ask questions!

Outcomes:

  • Use of multiple data types (vector and raster)

  • Familiarity with plugins and how to install

  • Familiarity with QGIS tasks (geoprocessing, styling data, querying data, editing data, loading geospatial data)

  • Exploratory analysis of movement data using a variety of methods

  • Exporting a map as a pdf

Before we get started let's create a new file directory to work out of with the following file structure:
